Article Processing Charges (APC)

Submission Fees
No submission fee is charged. Authors can submit their manuscripts to the Greenfort International Journal of Applied Medical Science (GIJAMS) free of cost.

Editorial Processing Charges
No editorial processing charges are applied. All processes, including editorial screening, plagiarism checking, and peer review, are conducted without any fee.

Article Processing Charges (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is required only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review. This is the only mandatory fee charged by the journal and covers services such as DOI assignment, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving.

The APC for this journal is:
Indian Authors ₹12,000 INR
Foreign Authors $300 USD
(Payable after acceptance only)

Discounts and Waivers
GIJAMS provides partial or full APC waivers based on transparent criteria, including:

  • Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries
  • Authors facing genuine financial hardship
  • Invited articles or editor-recommended high-quality submissions

Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission. All requests are evaluated fairly and independently of the peer review process.

APC Refund Policy
The APC is non-refundable once the publication process has commenced (including DOI assignment, copyediting, or typesetting).

However, a full refund will be issued if the article is not published due to an error or fault on the part of the journal.

Additional Charges

  • Page Charges: None
  • Colour Charges: None (all figures are published in colour at no cost)

Print Version Charges (Optional)
Authors who require a printed copy of their published article may opt for the print version:
Foreign Authors $50 USD
Indian Authors ₹3,000 INR (optional)

Notes:

  • There are no additional or hidden charges apart from the APC.
  • Payment is required only after acceptance of the manuscript.
  • APC or waiver decisions do not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on academic merit and peer review.
